In my role @ RBCx, I conduct qualitative research primarily focused on CRO work and B2B SaaS pricing strategy for Ownr, an in-house venture. I synthesize customer insights across studies to inform data-driven & human-centered decisions on product pricing, packaging, product positioning, and go-to-market experience for Canadian SMBs.

In my most recent role at Acorn Strategy, I've researched, strategized, and designed experiences from concept to launch for some of the most notable companies in North America including NASA, SickKids Toronto, CABN, Tokyo Smoke, and many more.

I’m a design technologist who’s been deep in e-comm for 8+ years, basically making stuff look clean and actually work. I design interfaces, build custom Shopify themes, and get into the nitty-gritty to make sure everything feels smooth and connects with real customers.

I focus on the intersection of human behavior, design psychology, and front-end development. Integrating the three into my work, I create solutions that bring businesses and their audiences together.
